Morte D'Arty

"Morte d’Arty" is an original animated short created by a team of nine in a studio class, produced under the guidance of a professor and industry professional. Based on the theme "Unstoppable", the film reimagines peerless determination through a playful twist on the legend of the Sword in the Stone. In this version, a mischievous goblin stumbles upon the legendary sword in a quiet clearing, eager to claim it for himself, only to discover it is guarded by a fierce dragon.

My Role (Co-Lead Environment, Surfacing, and Modeling)

Environment (Co-Lead) – Oversaw the design and development of the setting, from layout to final polish, ensuring a cohesive and immersive backdrop for the narrative.

Surfacing & Modeling – Contributed to asset creation and texturing to match the short’s stylized fantasy aesthetic.

Credits – Designed and produced the film’s end credits to provide a polished closing touch.

The short was showcased in Texas A&M University’s Visualization Fall Show, celebrating both the collaborative effort of the team and the professional quality of the final piece.
